After the commissioning, I will create a design plan, first sample collages and a project schedule. Of course, I can overtake the authority's preliminary discussions, as well as the creation of all necessary construction and trade submission documents for you. After the release of the plans I assume the construction management or construction supervision of your project. I take care of all compliance on the part of the authorities, the schedule, cost control, make sure that the cooperation of the individual trades and continuously is a smooth one and do regular checks on the quality of execution. After the completion of your project, I will support you with the acceptance of the individual services and the completion of reports to the authorities. In case of construction defects, I can create a deficiency list on your behalf and initiate and check the correction of the defects.
